1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the dbwin website, registering a player account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm unconditionally that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Your acceptance is recorded at the point of account registration and is renewed each time you subsequently log in to the platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all areas of the dbwin platform including, but not limited to, the sportsbook (cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other covered sports), the live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, and game shows), the slots library, the Blackjack MH section, the VIP Club, and all promotional campaigns and bonus offers.

dbwin reserves the right to refuse access or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that it deems harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of any game or market.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction 18+

Access to the dbwin platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria. You must satisfy all of the following conditions before registering an account or placing any wager:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute minimum requirement with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any commercial entity for the purpose of arbitrage or professional betting syndication without prior written consent from dbwin.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of dbwin or any affiliated company, software provider, or payment partner, unless dbwin has granted written permission in advance.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion, cool-off period, or account restriction currently in force on the dbwin platform or any related platform operated by dbwin's affiliates.

dbwin may at any time, and without prior notice, request documentary evidence of age and identity from any player. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or any other government-issued photographic identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by dbwin's compliance team will result in account suspension pending resolution.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of dbwin services, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to update your information promptly should any of it change after registration. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on the dbwin platform at any given time. This restriction applies per person, per household address, per device, and per shared IP address. Multiple accounts detected by dbwin's systems will be collapsed into one, with duplicate accounts closed and any associated bonuses forfeited. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the password recovery facility or contact support at [email protected] — do not create a new account.

Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. dbwin will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You agree to notify dbwin immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. dbwin will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

KYC verification: dbwin operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal can be processed. Players may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that remain unverified after 30 days may have withdrawal requests paused until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dbwin platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). dbwin does not charge any platform-side fee on deposits or withdrawals; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which dbwin is not responsible.

Accepted Payment Methods

dbwin currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no stated maximum, though dbwin reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large single transactions.
• Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to your account balance within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.
• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Third-party deposits — where the payment account is not registered in your own name — are not permitted and will trigger a compliance review.
• dbwin does not accept cryptocurrency deposits at this time.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. dbwin does not support withdrawal to a different payment method or to a third-party account.
• KYC identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals on a fully verified account are typically processed within 30 to 60 minutes.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of submission in your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or temporarily suspended where dbwin's compliance team has flagged an account for review. You will be notified by email if this applies to your account.
• dbwin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion, regardless of whether the account has previously been verified.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

dbwin offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms & Conditions as well as any specific bonus terms published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence only in relation to that promotion.

General Bonus Rules

• Wagering requirements: All deposit bonuses and free bet awards carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion details page. Players are advised to read these requirements carefully before claiming any offer.
• One bonus per promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player may claim each individual promotion only once. dbwin uses account-level, IP-level, and device-level tracking to enforce this rule. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through the creation of additional accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses and any associated free spins have an expiry period stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonuses not used within the stated expiry window will be removed from your account automatically without notification. Wagering progress on expired bonuses is also removed.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino table games contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%), and sportsbook bets may have specific minimum odds requirements. The exact contribution schedule for each promotion is published on the promotion detail page.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: When a bonus is active on your account, a maximum bet limit per spin or per bet applies. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. The maximum bet amount with an active bonus is ৳500 per spin or ৳1,000 per sportsbook selection unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• dbwin's rights: dbwin reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that existing wagering requirements on already-claimed bonuses will be honoured at the time of cancellation. dbwin further reserves the right to withhold bonus payments and winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to circumvent fair bonus usage.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on the dbwin platform, you agree to use the service in good faith and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, as well as the rules set out in this document. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent compliance request.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the dbwin platform simultaneously or consecutively without prior written authorisation from dbwin.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, gain an unfair advantage, manipulate game outcomes, or scrape data from the dbwin website.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or market available on the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds. Any winnings derived from a manifest error are void. dbwin will notify affected players and reverse erroneous transactions.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting across multiple platforms using dbwin promotions in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "arbing").
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the dbwin platform, reverse-engineer the platform's software, or interfere with the platform's infrastructure in any way.
• Using offensive, abusive, or threatening language toward dbwin support staff or other players in any communication channel associated with the platform.
• Allowing or facilitating the use of your dbwin account by any third party, including family members.

dbwin employs ongoing monitoring systems to detect the prohibited conduct listed above. Where prohibited conduct is identified, dbwin will take all or any of the following steps at its sole discretion: issue a formal warning, restrict platform features, void bets and bonus balances, suspend the account pending investigation, permanently close the account, and/or report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

7 Intellectual Property

All content available on the dbwin platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of dbwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The dbwin brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of dbwin. You are not granted any right or licence to use any of dbwin's intellectual property without prior written consent.

Game content — including titles, graphics, sound effects, and mathematics engines — remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). Use of game content is governed by the licences granted to dbwin by those studios and does not extend to any rights granted to players.

You are permitted to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or creation of derivative works from dbwin's content without express written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dbwin, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, or any event outside dbwin's reasonable control.
• Loss of data or corruption of account information resulting from third-party cyberattacks, force majeure events, or acts of God.
• Financial losses arising from your own gambling decisions, including losses from bets placed in reliance on incorrect information obtained from third-party sources.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank partner).
• Any loss or damage arising from the use of links to third-party websites or services that may appear on the platform.

dbwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude dbwin's liability for death or personal injury caused by dbwin's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

dbwin operates the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While dbwin makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dbwin is incorporated. Any disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your local jurisdiction confer jurisdiction on local courts.
