1 Age Restriction & Verification

4 Deposit & Wager Limits

How to Set or Modify Limits

- Removing a limit entirely is treated the same as an increase — the 7-day delay applies.
- You can set a limit to as low as ৳500 per day — there is no minimum required limit amount.
- Limit settings do not affect pending or already-approved withdrawals.
5 Time-Out & Cool-Off Features
Sometimes you do not need a full self-exclusion — you simply need a short, structured break. dbwin's time-out and cool-off tools give you a way to pause your account for a brief period without the permanence or formality of a full self-exclusion request.
Short Time-Out (24 Hours to 6 Weeks)
A time-out is a temporary suspension of your account that you activate yourself. You choose the duration — anywhere from 24 hours to 6 weeks — and your account is locked for that exact period. Like self-exclusion, marketing communications are paused during a time-out. Unlike self-exclusion, the account reopens automatically at the end of the period unless you request an extension.
Session Duration Reminders
You can configure your account to display an on-screen notification after a set amount of continuous play time — options are 30 minutes, 1 hour, and 2 hours. The reminder informs you of the time elapsed and your net financial position during the session. It does not force you to stop, but it gives you a clear, factual prompt to pause and evaluate.
Reality Check Notifications
Reality check notifications operate on a similar principle but are triggered at fixed intervals throughout a session rather than once at a set duration threshold. Each notification displays your current session balance, total bets placed, and time played. You can dismiss the notification and continue playing, or choose to end your session. The notifications cannot be permanently disabled while reality check mode is active — they will reappear at the next scheduled interval.
Automatic Logout on Inactivity
